- 6–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Oracle CX projects
- Strong knowledge of CX business processes (Sales, Service, CPQ, Commerce)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent analytical and communication abilities
Responsible For
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Prepare BRD, FRD, and functional specifications
- Work closely with CX developers and technical leads
- Support UAT, data validation, and user training
- Ensure solutions align with business goals
